ILSC成立於1991年，是加拿大最大的語言學校，優良的名聲享譽國際。ILSC提供多樣化的課程選擇，您可以安排上課時間為一週 27小時(30 堂課)、21小時(24 堂課), 15小時(17 堂課),或12小時(13 堂課),，並且可以依照您的興趣、目的、語言程度與時間表，自由地綜合選擇想要上的課。ILSC溫哥華的教職員中包括一群友善和熱心幫忙的文化顧問，他們可以用您的母語(中文)提供協助。在您求學的過程當中，文化顧問可以提供諮詢，協助您了解學業及生活上的資訊。

ILSC的教師都經過精心挑選，以確保他們有能力鼓舞學生與誘發學習動機。所有的老師都有學士學位以及TESL Canada認證的TESL 英語教師證書。我們的寄宿家庭部門，竭誠為您尋找最適合的寄宿家庭。這些寄宿家庭都是經過本校審查核可，安全可靠又友善的本地家庭。

當您從早到晚都沉浸在英語的環境下，您會為自己英語進步的速度感到驚訝。ILSC在所有語言學校中受到尊敬，是因為我們平衡的學生分佈。沒有任何一個語系的學員是佔大多數的，學員來自各大洲的30多個國家，因此創造出多元文化、友善又相互尊重的學習環境。

WEP 有薪工作體驗課程內容:
工作經驗課程(WEP)課程包括密集的英語學習與有薪的工作實習。WEP課程現在有16~40週的課程長度供您選擇，它包括50%的英語訓練以及50%的有薪工作實習。 課程初期，透過密集多樣的英語訓練，強化您的英語能力，為您進入外語職場打下紮實的基礎。當您的英語能力提升到一定水準，就開始修讀工作實習預備課程(例如職前預備課程、面試技巧、工作應徵與就業成功等)，這些課程提高您進入國際職場的應徵實力。WEP課程的最後一部份，就是有薪水的工作實習，實際體驗外語職場的工作環境，同時提升專業能力與磨練外語，讓您學習到更多的國際工作經驗，增加您的職場競爭。

建議修讀的工作實習預備課程：
工作應徵與就業成功(JOBS) 這門課教您如何寫出一份出色的英文履歷，讓您踏出求職成功的第一步。另外，您還有機會練習面試技巧、學習如何在面試過程當中展現出您的自信。課程內容還包括心得討論與基礎商業知識，例如管理風格、會議與談判技巧、商業書信寫作及口頭報告技巧。

工作實習：
ILSC建教合作部門所提供的工作實習安排服務,根據您的興趣以及加拿大雇主的應徵條件，來幫您做最適當的工作實習安排，但不保證得到工作機會，最多保証安排5次的面試機會， (只有ILSC溫哥華及多倫多校區有工作實習安排服務) ， 安排的職位則根據您的語言能力、工作經驗與專業知識技術，做最好的考量。您也可以不需要透過工作實習的安排服務，自行找工作，安排實習的主要領域包括飯店旅遊業及一般商業。平均時薪則在每小時加幣8-15元之間，大部份工作內容為顧客服務等基本職務。

I enjoyed my time at ILSC. I had some new friends who come from all over the world and I am improving my English here. ILSC offers good quality with reasonable prices. All my teachers and counselor are excellent and have a good sense of humor. They are kind and very friendly.

I think the WEP program is excellent and very useful. I learned so much that I didn't know. I had an internship at a restaurant. Through this time, I came to understand about general work in Canada and I was able to contribute my knowledge and skills to the workplace.

I had studied ILSC for six months. I love this English Language School so much because the teachers are all have pretty personality and they always teach us by different styles, special they treat students like friends such as they share their experiences in the life and provide the professional opinions for us, these are all let me feel I can learn more fascinating things not only English. Besides, I can make many friends from all over the world and I can understand different cultures deeply by chatting with them. I can learn English not only in classes but also hang out with them. The administrative staffs in school are also passion and patience to deal with the events from students. I’m so appreciated that ILSC provided me a good environment to learn English and let me know I can go anywhere and make friends by using English. These are all opening up my vision and let me realize the world is big and interesting.

I had such a great time while I was studying in ILSC. It's my first time for studying abroad. I'd been nervous before I came here. However, I have to say ILSC gave me unforgettable experience. I had many nice international friends though I'd never thought to have such a good friendship in different country. All teachers are very friendly so that I could ask whatever I was curious. I had a wonderful counselor that I could ask for advice in every kind of subject. She helped me to have smoothly life in Vancouver. I can totally say that I improved myself a lot from ILSC. My English skills got better and also I have many friends that we've been keeping in touch. I'm going to remember every second I spent at ILSC. I'm surely going to come back when I have an opportunity.
