▶ General Food and Beverage Worker $15
BOH F&B Support-Hospitality (Inclusive of most BOH / Kitchen roles: Entry Cook, Prep Cook, Dishwashing,etc) Students must be okay with being placed at ANY hotel property within the resort Responsibilities include: Prepare and/or serve food in hotel/hotel restaurant setting. Consistently check temperatures in foods. Responsible for the food portions. Operate a commercial dishwasher. Mop floors. Clean and tidy kitchen work areas. Take out trash. Clean restrooms. Other duties as needed.
FOH F&B Support-Hospitality: (Inclusive of most FOH roles: Busser, Cashier, Barista, Server, Food Runner, etc) Students must be okay with being placed at ANY hotel property within the resort Responsibilities include: Bus and clean tables, windows and floors. Trash removal and keeping public and work areas clean. Cleaning restrooms. Serve and/or assist serving during dining room floor service. Maintain cleanliness of all food and beverage areas. Other duties as assigned.
▶ Banquet Worker $9.3 + Tips
Moving tables, chairs and other banquet supplies. Applying linens in the correct fashion. Set-up and break-down of dance floor. Clean transportation vehicles used to move banquet supplies. May assist with vacuuming, cleaning, and maintaining restaurant areas.
